A flexible venue for larger events
Whole-centre hire gives you access to a range of spaces across Aberdeen Science Centre, allowing you to shape the venue around your event format.
Make It and Test It are the main upstairs zones and can be used flexibly for conferences, exhibitions, networking, fundraisers, recruitment fairs, larger training days and corporate receptions.
Neutron and Proton can also be used as breakout rooms, meeting spaces or smaller session rooms as part of whole-centre hire. Depending on your event, access may also include The Lab and the OPITO Theatre of Energy.
The downstairs welcome area can be used for arrival, registration desks, event check-in or exhibition stallholders, giving guests a clear entry point before moving into the wider event space.

Support for presentations, speakers and event delivery
AV support is available, with some equipment included as standard depending on the room or package.
For larger or more technical events, Aberdeen Science Centre can discuss additional AV support through AV One.
The team will help you understand what is available for your chosen space and what additional support may be needed for presentations, speakers, hybrid elements or more complex event setups.
